Rick, a high school student, is involved in a fight in which he and two other classmates “jump” a fourth classmate (John) because they don’t like the way he looks and acts. However, John is a fifth-degree black belt in karate, and Rick is dealt a severe kick to the groin that causes scrotal swelling and a discontinuation in urination. Students are asked to diagnose Rick’s medical condition.
